At Concrete Amsterdam, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship to Amsterdam

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
